Prepara\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/strong><\/p>\n

01.- Num Pyrex, leve ao forno os Past\u00e9is de Massa Tenra sem descongelar (utilizei o mini-forno el\u00e9ctrico a 180\u00baC ~ 4 varetas ~ 15 minutos).<\/p>\n

02.- Num tacho ao lume com \u00e1gua temperada com um fio de azeite, sal e o cubo tempero, cozinhe a Jardineira de Legumes durante 8 minutos ap\u00f3s levantar fervura.<\/p>\n
